Course Evaluation

Upon attending any of ITCI’s course offerings we would like your opinion on how well the course was conducted and provide the opportunity for you to voice any feedback. After the completed evaluation is received, your course completion certificate will be emailed to you.  This PDF certificate can be saved to print and reprint at your convenience.

Please note – In accordance with NASBA reporting standards, no course completion certificate can be sent without a completed evaluation on file.
