Grading Process

Grading Process.

The Certification Committee will maintain fairness and consistency in grading the CIDA exam. The grading process will include a post-review of all questions. Based on this post-exam review, the Committee may choose to accept more than one response, or eliminate a question if necessary. A difficulty adjustment may be added to all candidate’s scores before exam results are final.

Exam results will be mailed to the participant within three-four weeks from exam date. Given the review process outlined above, changes to candidates’ scores are not possible after grades are released.

Note: Proctors must mail back completed answer sheet, exam question booklet and proctor statement to ITCI no later than one day later than exam date (postmarked) to meet grading eligibility requirements.
